D&AD : Conclusion.

After creating my BBC iPlayer Party product I feel I have achieved what I set out to on this project. All the way through I wanted to take a different approach to socialising online because it would have been easy to rehash an idea that had already existed in another video sharing site. The reason I wanted to do this was because I think the D&AD will have numerous entries all with these features. I think that my idea will stand out amongst those entries because its a little bit different. I feel that the overall outcome of the video demonstration is good. After watching a video on the D&AD website about what the judges are looking for I decided for a no frills approach to the video and to keep it simple and clean. This was because they say they can see through the glitter and effects that people put on their work to try and make it stand out rather than the idea and I wanted my work to focus on my concept and not on my After Effects skills. Overall I feel I have completed this project in alignment with the brief and I hope I have created something that catches the attention of the D&AD judges.
